Insurance

I am in network with a number of commercial insurance plans and submit claims directly to participating insurance providers. New patients should verify that I am in network and confirm their mental health benefits by contacting their insurance provider prior to beginning services. Copays and/or deductibles may apply to mental health benefits.

Patients may also be eligible for “out-of-network” coverage through their insurance plan. I can provide documentation for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement according to your specific benefits.

Patients who are out of network may choose to self-pay at the following rates:

  • Initial intake evaluation: $300

  • Follow-up sessions (45-60 min): $250

  • Group sessions: $50

I am in network with the following insurance networks. Insurance usually covers individual and group therapy for medically-necessary treatment.
