      <image:title>About me - I am a licensed clinical psychologist with more than 15 years of experience providing consultation, evaluation, and psychotherapy services.</image:title>
      <image:caption>I received a PhD in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Health Psychology from Drexel University. I have expertise in perinatal and reproductive mental health, women's emotional health and well-being, coping with infertility and pregnancy-related traumas, and adjustment to motherhood during the postpartum transition and beyond. I have completed extensive training in a range of evidence-based treatment modalities including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Problem-Solving Therapy, trauma-informed therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. I have completed certificate trainings in Maternal Mental Health from Postpartum Support International/2020 Mom and in Primary Care Behavioral Health from the University of Massachusetts. My training and clinical experience includes a variety of settings including OBGYN and primary care medical centers, academic hospital settings, and traditional outpatient psychotherapy clinics. I have extensive experience providing individual and group psychotherapy services, evaluation and assessment of a broad range of mental health concerns, and consultation to medical providers and treatment teams. I have also published and presented on a range of topics related to reproductive health, women's mental health, and health psychology.       <image:caption>This group offers a supportive, validating, and welcoming community for women to discuss the unique challenges of adjustment to motherhood. The group uses cognitive-behavioral and interpersonal principles to develop effective coping skills to manage maternal anxiety and stress, learn parenting skills, improve mother-baby bonding, develop self-confidence, and increase social connectedness. This group is designed for new and seasoned moms with newborns, infants, toddlers, and/or young children. Group meets weekly on an ongoing basis and is covered by in-network insurance plans.
